Burgstahler is the founder and director of the Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, and Technology (DO-IT) Center and the Access Technology Center (АТС), and an affiliate professor in the College of Education at the University of Washington in Seattle. She is also the author of Creating Inclusive Learning Opportunities in Higher Education.
