3Play Media provides high-quality, reliable real-time captioning for colleges and universities nationwide, ensuring a seamless experience for students and staff. Our integrated scheduling platform simplifies workflows by allowing bulk semester scheduling, adding course materials, and generating a single captioning URL per course. With real-time staffing visibility, you’ll know when your class is covered and if the captioner is connected. After class, receive the completed transcript via email or platforms like Box.

Our experience with the AIM and 3Play integration has been very positive. Scheduling students’ real-time captioning is much more seamless within a system that all our stakeholders (faculty, students, and staff) use daily. In addition, accessing transcriptions immediately after the live captioning has taken place has been beneficial for faculty, who use that information to review lectures and clarify anything necessary for the students with the accommodation need.
